How does one become dark triad?

This is one of those things which is hard to explain.
Basically, you can't become "dark triad" but rather you already are. Everyone has dark triad traits but through conscious or unconscious efforts they're repressed. I would start by realizing all of the societal programmed 'selfless' perspectives you're taught such as always thinking of others first, holding the door, always smiling and behaving, all of those things were taught to you to make you useful and compliant. They were taught to make you a good little boy who would continue to be programmable into adult hood. For me, this is enough. this knowledge is enough for me to completely reject the majority of my conditioning and allow my dark triad traits to shine through.
I would also mention that trying to 'become a dark triad' is pathetic. Trying to emulate a type of person or personality because you think it will benefit you is mainline beta behavior. Instead, make an effort to allow your true self, no matter how much of the dark triad traits you naturally have, to be expressed.

For one, consider your choice very carefully, because it's not something you back out of. Admittedly, you might have already been pushed on the path, so you may have no choice anyway.

The Nine Laws by Ivan Throne is a book about obtaining dark Triad traits. A sort of cross between an autobiography and an instructional book, he details the rules and ideas of the dark triad, as well as sharing details about his own personal life lessons in the dark world. Note that a true dark triad is impossible unless you were born a psychopath, but you can very nearly emulate the traits.

I'm sure there are other books as well that detail similar ideas, but I either haven't read them or haven't found them yet. The one other suggestion I can provide is The 48 Laws of Power, by Robert Greene.
