It doesn't matter. Your only answer can ever be: ok, I only want you to do what you're comfortable with. Or something along those lines.

Ever read Models by Mark Manson? I highly recommend. The vast majority of men who have applied trp to their lives are the walking embodiment of a narcissist. The only problem with betas is they have no awareness of their boundaries or frame. Once they acquire those (once they're on their way to becoming men), they should certainly uncover their true intentions to women. The fact no one here seems to understand that showing your true intentions to a woman is the basis for game makes me ill. So ma…

I don't think OP fully understands these values based slogans... If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything: If you don't have values to base your boundaries off of, you'll be susceptible to influence from others. You'll quit when the going gets tough because you have no 'foundation' level reason to continue. This is the difference between the soldier who keeps fighting after getting shot and the soldier who can't find a reason to continue after getting shot, so he cowers in his …

'Just be yourself' is apex, alpha level advice. But... You've gotta be a fully developed man before embracing it. You have to know exactly who you are. Exactly where your boundaries are and your expectations of others. You have to have a rock fucking solid frame. You have to have high SMV. Then, by all means, relax. Just be your fucking self. Do you think the 50 year old, wealthy, cultured, experienced, tough as fuck alpha man is anything but "himself?" Of course not. But he has earned that abil…

Thanks OP. This shot a little bit of self awareness into me about my life and plate situation currently. It seems, as your life waxes and wanes or as your SMV fluctuates with your life situation, so does your neediness level. The two are completely intertwined. This point always returns to - Focus on yourself and the bitches will focus on you. Focus on the bitches and they'll focus on chad, who is focused on himself.

Only consider an LTR once you've: Created female abundance - Have had at least three plates at any given time. Plates which dish out minimal shit tests, actively seek to acquire your commitment and are thrilled with having you in their life. If they are giving you minimal or no shit/comfort tests, that means they sense congruence with who you are and how you behave. This is an indication that you've built a life for yourself and have met your needs yourself, without attempting to rely on them. H…

Side effect of learned narcissism. The shield acquired by every ineffective beta here is to only care about himself and only meet his own needs. Having the courage to show you care about other people takes risk. Only those with sufficient self esteem are willing to take that risk.

The vast majority of women aren't bottom feeder, scum suckers who go out looking for high profile men to fuck over. Most girls just want high smv, alpha male attention and are willing to submit to your frame, should it give her tingles.

11 is king. Lmr is healthy and natural. Responding with "we can do whatever you're comfortable with" or "I don't want you to do anything that you don't wanna do" is the only frame to have in this situation. She is shit or comfort testing you. She wants to know either that you're okay with her rejecting you in the moment and not going to get pissy and also, in the comfort test scenario, that you possess the compassion necessary to consider her needs during the impending slam session.

makes me feel disposable. Bro, you are very disposable. You ain't a snowflake. In fact, she pegged you as beta relative to all of the other guys in her life. Let that sink in and piss you off a little. Now, stop being so fucking "nice" and treat this bitch with the same disdain she treated you with when talking about you behind her back. She frames you as a beta nice guy? Frame her as an ungrateful slut.

Jesus, this is how women play dudes like you so fucking easily. Your ego is so fragile and you have so much to lose. The real question is: why do you care so much? My next question: are you actually busy when she says she's free? If not, why wouldn't you go? Bro, this girl saw through your "fake alpha" posturing long ago. She knows you're needy. Stop caring so much about what this girl thinks of you. Your desperation to gain her validation makes her that much less likely to give it to you. If yo…

Learning to be present through every ounce of pain during the run strengthens the mental connection between a willingness to endure suffering in order to experience pleasure. Attempting to deny or numb the pain in each step robs you of that element of self control. That element is where self esteem comes from. Building endurance through establishing a suffering/endorphin feedback loop is the same thing as building a feedback loop between honest expression/successful validation of your true self.…

The red pill truth in all of this is that society has fed us the lie that everyone should like us. That we should put on a smile and be polite to everyone we meet, because God forbid, the world would end if someone didn't like us. That is bullshit. You know who I don't like? People that wear a fake smile, with a fake laugh, with a fake fucking everything because they're afraid that i'll reject them. Fun part is, I've already rejected them for trying too hard. Their lack of authenticity means the…

I'd argue that numbing yourself to anything is denial of that thing. There is a part of you that is always holding on to it. I'd rather reframe rejection as a time and energy saver. Individually, we can't possibly jive with every female we approach. Rejection is simply expediting that process for us.

I've found audio books from trp reading list to be a much better, more complete way to learn about personal development and trp principles. Trp is certainly chalked full of bitter men who only know how to direct their anger towards women and not inward and convert it into action. Once the side bar has been read and internalized, books are a much better resource going forward than trp for the afc imo. They'll give you in depth knowledge to integrate into all areas of your life, not just smp navig…

It was the same when I first came here. I hadn't the slightest clue wtf everyone was talking about, but the pieces that I did understand, resonated with me on a truth level. That is what kept me coming back and learning a thing or two. Once knowledge got applied and results poured in, I was hooked. Some people are too fucking stupid. They will give TRP an honest skim and nothing will resonate with them. That's fine. "Some people are hopelessly dependent on the system," a wise man once said.

I participate in TRP not because I want to help bitch boys manipulate unaware girls into fucking them, but to identify and attack the underlying reasons why they're struggling. The reason for their struggle is a fundamental flaw in their understanding of who they are as a man and where they fit in the world. This flaw has implications on the societal level. This is the foundation of GLO's post. TRP is an extremely necessary public service. Instilling men boys with perspectives that build their s…

How did this happen? How did society get so fucked up? So many times I've made the mistake of not being on my A-game (usually being hungover or not in the right flow) and thinking "oh, I'm hot shit, she'll give me a break or two if I'm not the usual suave, witty guy she knows." As I said, it might all be psychological, but I know it is a reality for me. When I go out, get drunk, spend the next day eating shitty food, jerking off and watching Netflix, it takes several days after that to reignite my potential. I'm sluggish and shitty. Most guys aren't just looking for a pump and dump. Most guys are beta af and are looking for ANY sort of validation from women. This is why the status quo in 2017 is beta male chasers. Also, it's highly unlikely less attractive girls aren't interested in you, while attractive ones are. Of course a general smv ranking is king when determining which women will choose which men, but to understand at a deeper level, we've gotta look at the situation in terms of demographics. You appeal to a certain …

Testosterone is not raised, but I guarantee you're increasing your dopamine sentitvity by enduring a freezing fucking shower. If junk food, porn, alcohol etc decrease our sensitivity to dopamine and make unpleasant things (lifting, working) more unpleasant due to a higher average dopamine level, than unpleasant things like cold showers ought to raise our dopamine sensitivity. A model in the sense of providing a structure which men can use to attract women. For years I wondered what I had to do or who I "had to be" to attract women. Turns out that was the wrong model. The correct model isn't to be anyone except myself. But, what I had to do is learn to express exactly who I am to the world without any filters. If I am too afraid to tell the world exactly what I'm think or too afraid to take the exact action I desire in the moment, what I'm communicating is that I'm no…

A disintegrated alpha, sure. To so blatantly disregard women as fuck things isn't a well rounded man, but a narcissist. His views stem from a neediness so deep he needs demonize women in order to face the events of rejection by them. An integrated alpha embraces rejection, remedies his own neediness and accepts women for exactly who and what they are.

We're both talking about how hard a guy should "try" to get a girl interested in him. I'm saying, be very careful with how much you invest in a woman, because they're very good at detecting neediness and they find it repulsive. I'd say a guy shouldn't "try" at all, but simply be who he is to a very honest point and that will either attract or repel women.

I am, by no means saying to not give an honest effort at showing her who you are. Being able to express yourself honestly or run game is essential. It's unspoken it's so essential. After you've done that, if she isn't interested, that is when to move on. And places like you describe where appearances, wealth, status etc communicate louder than expression of one's self, having the ability to be authentic is still a prerequisite. In fact, it is probably more important in those superficial places. …

They're distant because they feel nothing. You want to polarize. You want her to either be stoked or say "eww" and turn away (harsh, I know). You polarize by being yourself on a very honest and vulnerable level. No, I'm talking about being an emotional pussy. I'm talking about saying exactly what you want and acting exactly the way you want. I'm actually talking about the complete opposite of not putting any effort out. I'm saying, (or what Mark says) is to approach every interaction as vulnerable as possible. Be exactly who you are as boldly as you can. This polarizes her quickly. She'll either be thrilled w you or turn you down. After you've expressed who you are to her (gamed her) honestly, if she isn't very interested, move on. But, by all means, take the time show her who you are. In a sense, this takes WAY more effort because …

I agree with you. What I am talking about is that fine line between healthy shit tests ie-"you better not drink too much, you've gotta drive home" and obvious disinterest Ie- not reciprocating kino. It is the responsibility of each of us to be able to interpret where women are in this spectrum. I love your post. Fucking spot on, except... You are certainly a narcissist. Your view of women as sluts w no souls is formed from your experience. You're a narcissist because of this belief. It is protecting you from being rejected by women. If they're all walking cum dumpsters then it's open season to shit on them. When I was younger and trying to understand what an 'alpha' was at its core, I had not even the slightest clue how leading your life with absokute concious authority would impact not only my happiness, but the happiness and direction of those around me. You have to know the difference between a bitch shield and disinterest. Calibration is key. True story. The best way to do this is to polarize her; either she is interested, or she isn't. You do that by being extremely fucking honest. You speak your fucking mind - the good, the bad, the ugly. Why are you wasting everyone's time who is trying to help you? What did you expect everyone to say? This is trp. You won't get validation or a shoulder to cry on here. Just real advice. The sooner you take it, the sooner you'll see results.

That's not necessarily going to fix his problem. He needs a paradigm shift. He needs to frame his life and where he fits into the world differently. So many young people are unhappy in society because their values and priorities are totally fucked up. Society has chosen most people's values for them and they're not congruent with who they are. Happy people either got lucky or put in the effort to figure out who they really are and build a life concentric to that.

All they want to hear is something like "well, I don't want you to do anything you don't want to do." or "whatever you're comfortable with." basically, they want to see how invested you are in them. If you're willing to shrug your shoulders and walk away (abundance) then you pass their little test.

Yes, I did just contradict myself there. I would argue that higher iq men in the 60s and 70s also shared a similar lack of masculine expression to their lower iq counter parts, however, when considering the same iq difference today, I'd bet the difference in masculine expression is much larger due to increased culture persuasion over the past 5 or 6 decades.

That's because those in college nowadays aren't nearly as intelligent as those in the past. In the 60s/70s, those who went to college were top tier, intellectually. Today, every generic dope goes to college.

Lower iq on average, also. Men with higher iq tend to be hyper intellectual, which often bars them from expressing their masculinity/true selves.

I think he means, when ineffective people realize that the world doesn't reward them for their ineffectiveness, they seek out tyrannical order (authoritarian government) to change the world to reward their ineffectiveness. If you know better, then make the hard call, dump her and find a better woman. Or, if what she did is innocent, in your opinion, then the problem lies with you, and you have to ask yourself why you're feeling the way you do? The answer is, lack of abundance mentality. If you're not completely willing to walk away from any woman in a moments notice, you're not ready for any type of emotional investment.

They're not weird, they're just making sure they don't give their pussy to a dude who is unfit in the masculine sense. There is no difference between a woman rejecting a guy to see if he's socially bold and a dude turning down a commitment request from a girl who doesn't meet his ltr standards. We protect what is valuable to us and only let those in who have proven themselves. If women don't "let you in" it's because they're not satisfied you're valuable enough.

Either way, you did great. Something I always try to remember is that, your frame is what attracts women. It's your reality when you're in social situations, not hers. If you let the words, actions, intimidation, rejections etc. Of others change your mood or course of action, you're not operating from your frame, b…

This is another one of those instances where cultivating frame benefits men outside of male/female sexual dynamics. The same self control you use with women, you should use at all times, especially when dealing with the police.

We are programmed to do this in order to love them and receive their love because if we know the bare bones truth, we might not be able to love. It is this programming that leads billy beta into divorce court where he loses his kids, house and dignity. The feminine imperative has used this love to degrade nearly every single public institution. It has led to the creation of the welfare state and will be the underlying fundamental reason for the decay of western society. This love is what clouds …

It's less about realizing women aren't perfect and more about learning where your own personal boundaries are. Then, having the conscious awareness to enforce them when her pretty smile and excellent ass are utilizing millions of years of evolutionary tricks to blind you from the truth. So, yes. Before the pill, you sensed something wasn't right, but the veil was still pulled over your eyes. After the pill you see it in black and white. We can only act when we feel sufficient motivation. To me, this is the type of context 'law 38: think as you like but behave like others' is meant to be used. Behaving like the anti-slut shaming guy who "just gets it" allows girls to open up about their indecent social lives and exposes their shit values. You smile, nod and encourage them to divulge their slutty transgressions. Then excuse yourself out the back door and hard next.

Of course AWALT. My point is that all men have a degree to which they irrationally hamster the decency of the woman they're with. Until you become exceedingly good at spotting flaws in women, keep them out of the emotional arms reach. And obviously, even the most RP aware man who can screen with the best of them, will still learn the hard way, because AWALT.

I agree. But, in the interest of pushing the beta out of his uptight mental prison, I think it's an important concept to understand. I suppose I don't mean to encourage anyone to forsake their morality or ethical stand, but to understand that they have the choice. I think many beta men aren't even aware of their belief systems. It is the foundation of trp to step outside social paradigms and generate our own understanding.

It's more so the psychological frame that gets built with the physique. It doesn't matter how big you are, just that you're in the habit of constantly pushing boundaries physically and mentally. That translates into a hardened frame.

Bluepilled men assume women think exactly or very similar to men. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I agree with pretty much everything you said. My bone to pick with your point of view and the reason for the original post, is that nearly every man allows other men to determine his morality for him. You have a code of morals by which you live, that allows you to sleep at night and keeps you out of trouble, no doubt. But, did you take the time to determine if those morals were of your creation? Or, if you didn't create them, did you seriously analyse them before adopting them? This is my point:…

Lots of people watch me at the gym. That's because I'm jacked and good looking. Funny thing, though. Years ago when I was fat, no one looked at me. No one noticed me when I was embarrassed and self conscious. This is exactly what we want. You won't like this, but just be present and do what you feel. So much of these interactions go successful if you stop thinking and feel the moment. Enjoy yourself. Even if the 30+ woman is an hb8, give her three hours of witty nags and she'll show her true colors. Women with high N counts are only ever faking feminine traits long enough to determine if you're either a useful beta or a bangable alpha. One of my favorite shit tests is to feed her a few glasses of wine then reject her sexual advances. 9 times out of 10 she will lose her shit. It comes down to biology. First, women are predisposed to bearing and raising children. To do this successfully, they must naturally have higher levels of empathy, compassion and nurture than men. Inversely, men must go out into nature, employ logic and rationality in order to kill animals and other men (in our past, at least). To whichever degree they succeed at that, they will have less empathy and compassion. So, why can men sleep around? Because men are better at forgoing an emotional connec…

Testosterone. Ever notice how the vast majority of women are very similar, relative to men, at least. Guys range from nerdy, fat losers to jacked, over achieving chads. How do you combat this obvious abundance skew? Realize that beta men chase women. Those men that are texting her are guaranteed to be mainly betas who validated her on social media or dating sites. These women have so many options, yet they're so utterly deprived of genuine masculine authenticity. Remember that. Either pull eject or completely swap your scarcity for abundance mentality. I've had times in bars where a girl gets a (no pun) leg up on me, game wise. In an instance I get extremely self concious, as if I've been an imposter. You MUST re-frame immediately; don't let her see your struggle. Even excuse yourself to the pisser if you have to. Come back and nice you've got your head on straight. In your case, either reframe or move on. Don't let her toy with you.

Yes, that can be a real thing. It could also be your frame. People with lower self esteem will get nervous around others with high self esteem and confidence. You could literally be more confident, even though you're more inexperienced than your coworkers. Be very careful with this. Always remember law number one - never outshine the master. Simply radiating confidence and good looks is enough for some men to want to sabatoge you.

Female arousal is a function of male domination. If women are attracted to assertive, confident, high self-esteem men, it's because those traits are typical of the man who used to kill the alpha male and force his females onto the cave floor as he goes to pound town. That is the man women gush over and form the strongest bonds with. Why? Because they want his seed all up in em - his genes are A1.

You're referring to K-selected women, primarily. Society is riddled with R-selected hoes who have no capacity to search for a quality man. They're simply in it for quantity over quality. Third wave feminism has moved the median line, which used to be heavily K-selected far into R-selected territory. Women who would have grown up being taught to search for the quality (K-selected alpha) have been brainwashed by society to chase flashy, defective R-selected alphas.

Every man must detach from society to the point he will enforce his boundaries regardless of the judgement of others. I believe women that pull this type of shit target beta men in an effort to shame them for carrying themselves the way they do. Any man that gets treated this way either verbally or physically needs to ask himself why women feel superior enough to bully them, as a grown man. Change must happen in these men before anyone will respect them as they desire.

As feminism/socialism/egalitarianism continues to rise, it will be met with an equal and opposite reaction. This reaction will cause conflict and that conflict will tear down everything. When everything is torn down, nature will reclaim what belongs to it. Nature =/= egalitarianism

You wonder why the feminine imperative wants to import third world cavemen? Its because they're so deprived of alpha male dominance, they'll go out on dates with random dudes, while married, just to get that spike of submission and discipline from a guy who knows his boundaries and is willing to enforce them.

I agree with you, and for good reason. Honor is only a good value when we need to rely on each other to have our backs in the violent sense. Today, we are so removed from the environment where honor was established as an essential value that it actually hurts the survival of each man who upholds it. Fighting side by side your squad with a spear or sword were the days when honor mattered. Those days are long gone.

Risk is the only way you can show confidence. Fuck, this is so true. Anyone can walk around all day with their head held high, perceiving themselves as badass, but it is only when thatan is tested, that he and everyone else will find out if he is actually a badass.

You lack a definition of what a man is. Strength, courage, honor and game are the defining traits. So, be strong and nimble, be willing to put yourself in the path of fire (courage = risk taking), be trust worthy to those men who rely on you with their lives and be willing to fight anyone or anything that crosses your boundaries. These are universal for all men. Every single one of everyone's ancestors had these in abundance; if they didn't they died or were unable to reproduce and you wouldn't …

Bro, realize that every negative way you look down on women is ultimately a deficiency you see in yourself. Women are born with inherent value and are merely reflections of the society and culture created by men. Of course we all work together, but it is no secret that(nearly) every great innovation or artistic feat was done by a man. My point is, your hate towards them is only there to allow you to cope with not being a man which they value. "It is never her fault." we've heard this before and …

He essentially dread gamed her hard when he didn't need to and she couldn't handle it. He'd have to beta up pretty hard to bring her back. No. Having success of the mission in the hands of others is dumb. Choose a mission which success is defined through the struggle or work put into achieving the end goal. To add to his memo, a exerp from a Dr. Jordan Peterson lecture: Basically, he explains that fewer women in powerful positions (or eve ln stem in general) aren't absent because of some unseen cultural bias, but because those positions require a massive amount of investment of time and energy to achieve and maintain. The real question, he says, is how are there a select handful of men so insane, they're willing to work 80 hour work weeks? And when we say 80 hour work weeks, we don't mean working f…

It really is the same perspective that leads someone to suicide. They've built this prison in their mind where, even though they've been slighted and want to act, they hold themselves back. Blue pill conditioning. I guarantee anyone who has come close to or has killed themselves desperately wanted to take some kind of action but wouldn't because they so thoroughly convinced themselves it wasn't acceptable. The only 'feelings' you should share with a woman are the ones which come from your ruthless side. For instance "I feel like I want to choke you while bending you over the sofa tonight" or "I feel like every once in a while you need to shut your mouth and let me relax."

Quit being a bitch and take massive action right now. You're not a victim. Your wife cheating on you is a direct result of your pussy ass inability to be assertive and lead your own life. She cheated because she wasn't satisfied and also because she knew you wouldn't do anything about it. Continuing to do nothing and accept it is why all of this is happening. Get fucking mad. Not at anyone else but yourself. Use that anger and focus it into drive to take control of your life.

I know your exact situation, because I lived it. I got into excellent shape before I worked on game or frame. Inner game is essential for success.

The iPhone was designed. Which means a man had a vision and took massive action to create his desired outcome and experience. The iPhone was forged through hard work. Steve jobs used the tools at his disposal to create the iPhone. He didn't sit around and complain that Microsoft has more capital to hire better computer and software engineers, he simply worked with his tools to create his vision. He pioneered that shit through sheer will and dedication.

My aim is to sway those teetering on the edge of either jerking off their hamster or accepting that they have work to do. The second option allows them to retain their agency. Have a hot girl be a part of the program, and after X amount of approaches the client gets to kiss her, grab her ass, whatever he wants. Eventually that's going to cause the reward loop to form. Hmm. True, that would certainly link the approach action to a reward, but the mechanism itself is flawed because it isn't representative of the natural world. The reality is, we suck at approaches. If we synthetically inflate the reward for approaching, we unconsciously create those expectations for real…

The thing about generating positive feedback loops is that in order to build momentum, the action taken to achieve the goal MUST be reinforced by a reward. The problem with this method and women, is that women are people and we cannot control them. If we put work into something expecting a person to act a certain way, it is a wild card; a random response we can never be 100% confident in. Our action then reward loop therefore, cannot rely on the response of women. The reward must be something we…

Looks/game/frame are three slices of the pussy pie. They're interdependent on each other. If one is lacking, the others will have to compensate for the total to remain the same. My argument is that looks occupy a proportionally small slice than game and frame. Men are far too quick to assume women judge men how they judge women. I'd say 50%-frame, 30%-game and 20%-looks. Exactly. If I see a stunner I stare at her however fucking long I want. If she gives me an IOI, great. If she doesn't, oh well. The point is, I decide how and when I stare, speak or behave. It's this aura of confidence that is attractive, not pretending you don't see her. MANY women interpret you ignoring them as... just that - ignoring them. They'll think you're gay or not interested. Women try to provoke emotion to determine if you'll "lose control". If you express them but remain in control of them, that's something else entirely. If you experience anger in a fight and let it consume you, you'll lose the fight (at least when equally paired with someone who keeps their emotions in check). If you experience anger and you control it, you can use it to your advantage. The difference is blind caveman lose-of-control and calculated expression.

Selfishness is a necessary 'component' in obtaining real power. I certainly had that thought when writing it. It is a piece of the puzzle, but not the entire puzzle. This is one of those things which is hard to explain. Basically, you can't become "dark triad" but rather you already are. Everyone has dark triad traits but through conscious or unconscious efforts they're repressed. I would start by realizing all of the societal programmed 'selfless' perspectives you're taught such as always thinking of others first, holding the door, always smiling and behaving, all of those things were taught to you to make you useful and compliant. They were taught to make …

Go listen to or read The Way of Men by Jack Donovan. He outlines what it means to be a man and I think those perspectives might help. Men are programmed to look for a few key things in each other which are based on survival. You demonstration those to other like minded guys and they'll give you respect and welcome you into the pack. Question: Have you grown up primarily around women? Or in a single mom household as a kid?

You need to be hyper vigilant right now. Think of any way which you can get proof that she gave you consent. The hardest reality to face as a man is the one which deals your ego it's biggest blows. Women represent the mirror which shows you where you rank relative to every other man. If you're not getting the results you believe you deserve, you're simply not aligning your expectations with your reality. You aren't as good looking, funny, confident etc. As you think you are. Every matriarch society that ever existed was crushed by a patriarchal one. I agree, it isn't even a conversation worth having if men should lead the world. The thing about "being alpha" or the alpha, leader mindset is that it has nothing to do with who you are. It has everything to do with believing in who you are. If you change your outward projection, to suit others opinions, it will only lead to future pain and suffering. BE YOURSELF. Be who you are unapologetically. I get a real kick out of women or even society defining masculinity. As if they know what it is and have the authority to dictate what a real man is. Masculinity is pure, undefined ambition; the tip of the spear. The power to create or destroy, to empower or dismantle. It is amoral and any attempt to contextualize it is an attempt to utilize it's benefit for ones own gain. We here at trp need to define it for ourselves. If we don't, others will.

Exactly. Alpha mindset is about having options and the ability to exercise those options. No matter what anyone thinks, if you do what you want, when you want, that's what power is and that's what alpha is.

Calibration. When I first found trp I went hard core stoic, just like you. I hardened up and felt like any show of emotion or even interest was a display of weakness. After a couple years I'm just now starting to open up. The difference is, now I have the choice. I can be rock solid, or I can go with the flow. I think that ability comes when you attain a certain level of confidence and abundance. You can show a softer side because it really doesn't matter if those you show it to reject you, you …

Just follow the retard rules: -don't do drugs -don't drink too much -don't piss off the wrong dude -don't drink and drive -don't come in her without a rubber Beyond that, the world is yours.

I sort of tried to act like a gentleman and not force myself on her. There's your problem. When a woman agrees to go back to your place, she wants your dick 100% of the time. That, or she has to take an explosive shit and needs to use your can. The only reason you got the cold shoulder is because you didn't act more aggressive and escalate. I find girls will give LMR only when I dropped the ball earlier on in the evening and she is concerned I might not be the stud she thought I was.

Did a girl tell you that you're being to serious? I've gotten that before. It's a classic shit test. Women are far more emotionally intelligent than we are. We think we project a certain persona around certain people, which is partly true. What we don't realize is that women pick up on even the slightest deviation from that frame or potential weakness. They do this unconsciously. Like op said, you can't be genuinely interested in another person, unless you love yourself on a certain level. I think this is because most people use conversations to gain ego gratification from other people. We use each other to feel confident. If a person is truly happy, they can sit and enquire about the inner workings of others without the petty desire to insert themselves.

The pedestal goes beyond women. It's a human thing. If you let another person know either directly or indirectly that you need them more than they need you, they will respect you less. Women care more about social standing and others perception of them, because they must. Survival demanded it of them and it's in their evolution. Another more basic description of the omega: In the wolf pack, the omega is the one everyone (alpha and betas) pick on to relieve stress and aggression. If shit flows downhill, from the alpha, to the betas, then the omega is the one the betas belittle and pick on. He has no value even as a sympathizer or a follower to the betas. The females treat him with disdain and are often even more savage than the males.

Suicide is ultimate weakness. Ultimate bowing out. Ultimate submission to external oppression which you can no longer resist. Have a soft spot for those cowards who take their own life, but realize that ultimately, it was from a place of submission and weakness that they chose to eject from. Trp is about the reality of what is, not about upholding your view of strength and admiration.

Not to slander any suicide victims, but suicide is literally the ultimate beta move. Picture it this way: You're over burdened with emotional and mental stress to the point you believe that you're unable to do anything about it. That's solid. The time I realized that there are certain types of girls that dig me and there are certain types that just don't, things changed a lot for me. It's acceptance that some girls just don't like you. You're not what they're looking for. The ones that do, though, are why we are in the game. The chase is exciting and a challenge, but with so many avenues to focus on in life, girls who need to be won over just ain't worth it.

I think meditation and awareness of the present moment in general would help most with confidence. It seems the subconscious mind is responsible for much of our lack of belief in ourselves. By maintaining conscious frame, you assert yourself as in control and before long, it becomes your primary point of view. The more you practice, the more your subconscious mind receives approval from your environment and you begin to dismantle your conditioned lack of control and self importance.

Women having pussy to offer and men having resources, frame and game to offer is the smp. The neck snapping realization is when us, as guys actually realize this for the first time. This feminized culture has guys looking at things through the blue lens which obscures the reality of the smp. This is the whole strategy with self improvement. When you were fat and before you started lifting, maybe 3% of the female population would want you. After you improve yourself as best you can, that number rises. That's the whole point of TRP. You're increasing the chance more girls will find you valuable. It does not mean that every girl will want you. That is why it's so essential to be eccentric in your own way, because you're never going to appeal to 100% of them.

This is why "alpha" should be called "alpha mindset." The things that regulate your SMV, like lifting, money, status is only relevant to the SMP. The alpha mindset is a completely different arena. Anyone, regardless of SMV can attain an alpha mindset, or in most cases, a beta mindset. The beta mindset comes naturally, because it takes much less energy and is much 'safer' from an evolutionary standpoint. Alpha mindset takes work and focus to achieve and maintain.

I like to think of the alpha mindset like this. I have to start off with an example of mind and body. So, it should be obvious that the minds natural state is to be uptight and take control of everything. This drives us in all directions and makes us unhappy. The only way to undo this is to learn to relax; force your mind to let go and take a back seat to the present moment. In the same way, the alpha mindset can only be brought to the foreground when you relax your mind sufficiently. Once relax…

This is the kicker everyone doesn't seem to get yet. You need to be fuckable. Girls need to look at pictures of you with your shirt off and pine over you. If you're not there yet, social media IS a huge waste of time and does lower your social value if you're inputting your shit life into it.

What's stopping you from armed robbery and taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from a bank? Probably nothing other than fear. Fear that you've been taught to believe is real. Really, what are the chances anything would actually go wrong and you'd get caught, hurt or killed? Probably next to zero if you ran the numbers. This is an extreme example, but it proves the underlying fact, that we've been trained like sheep to obey. Obey what? Other men? Not likely. Not anymore.

After being fat and losing the majority of it, I'm convinced that it is generally true that skinny people eat less calories on average than fat people. The thing is, fat people don't understand what it's like to just not eat that often or eat smaller meals just because. I wouldn't repress emotions, but the thoughts that conjure negative emotions must definitely be silenced. I find myself being fairly lonely these days. As a result, I force myself out of that frame and into one of abundance. Usually in the form of reading something interesting, studying, working out or making music. Game can adjust your value up or down, but you're judged on your appearance before you even open your mouth. It's much easier if your appearance puts you at an 8 instantly, than your game elevates you to a 9 vs your appearance being a 4 and you game jumping you up 5 points. It's easier to get in shape than to be a master at game. And even then, girls will give you massive LMR when it comes time to actually fuck your fat ass.

If philosophy such as socrates cave allegory have been around for literally millenia, then why haven't the majority of people been freed from their chains? I think it's because it takes a large amount of mental effort to overcome conditioning. Furthermore, society at large doesn't want people to break from their chains; they want them to remain good, compliant little tax payers. After all, that's what society is, a set of rules and regulations in order to control us.

"If you can't dance, that's ok." By nature, dancing is just being in your body and feeling it move to the music. If you think about dancing logically, it doesn't make much sense. That's why the act of just saying 'fuck it' and jumping onto the dance floor is so critical. You're supposed to make a fool of yourself, that's the point. You only look awkward when rigid, which only happens when you don't fully commit to not giving a fuck.

"WASTE NO MORE TIME ARGUING ABOUT WHAT A GOOD MAN SHOULD BE." In essence, shut the fuck up and take action. Faggots whine about what society wants from "good men." Fuck society; grab it by the balls and bend it to your will. I believe we could replace 'good men' in that quote with our version of alpha men.

One chick a banged told me that she cheated on her first boyfriend, who she had a 2yr relationship with by fucking 5 guys at the same time in a hotel room at a tropical resort. I can only speak for myself on this: Being a recovered nice guy, I came to the conclusion that I am actually a witty asshole. When I hear "just be yourself" what it means to me, is shed my coat of insecurity and let my real self out no matter how much of a dick I might be. I truly believe all nice guys are witty, crude, hilarious assholes, they've just been BP conditioned to suppress it.

Honestly, just putting yourself in front of different women increases the probability of hitting it off with a woman. So much of it is just a numbers game. Not to say approach confidence doesn't increase that probability, however.

Not only is this true for attracting women, but even more important, it's true for making yourself truly happy and fulfilled. For years I tried to figure out what would make women want to fuck me and went after that. After reading up on PUA and game, ironically, I realized that unless I'm living my life the way I want to, women will almost always be able to sense my lack of self confidence. Get stoked on your own life, have fun, and women will be attracted to you.

1) Savage post; spot on. 2) I had a conversation with my feminist ex-roommate about how society began to decay after women got the vote. My point was that above all else, men ALLOWED women to vote, women never fought and won anything. She couldn't get the fact that the only way the physically weaker sex was able to get the vote was through emotional manipulation, not actually fighting or producing a logical argument. //This was in my early RP days where I felt sharing my RP truths with others wa…

You just described my life for the past couple months. I'm just now trying to figure out how to work in drinking (especially binge drinking, lets face it, that's whats going to happen). My plan is to fast until dinner (8ish pm) so that I have a full stomach prior to the onslaught of gin and soda. I've read that alcohol (ethanol) cannot actually be stored as fat, however, your body must burn it as energy before it breaks down protein/fat/carbs for energy? This means i'll just hold my dinner in my…

I think that food to people is much more than just taste. While fasting and dieting, food makes you feel good. People can go without good tasting things. What they can't do is go without the good feeling of high blood sugar coupled with high insulin. In moments of fasting when your stomach is begging for food, it takes REAL discipline not to convince yourself you should eat something. Most people aren't ready for that.

I'm on my own weight loss journey currently. Using intermittent fasting, macros, calorie counting w scale etc. Every day when I'm close to the end of my fast, ie: 16-18 hours without eating, it can only really be defined as suffering. BUT it is minimal relative to other kinds of suffering and to be able to actually feel your stomach being hungry and KNOW that in this moment I'm only burning body fat for energy more than makes up for the slight discomfort of hunger. This is perhaps the most motivating realization. If you're decently good looking and lift, basically the majority of women want to fuck you. All you have to do present yourself in a confident way. You just need to satisfy a small part of their social/evolutionary conditioning which seeks to weed out the total losers. Every man out there just needs to chill the fuck out, have fun and let it flow.

I will absolutely draw parallels between 'alpha' and self control. That is all the alpha is. One who is able to control his emotions along with differing instant gratification. Life's greatest torment is the prison we build for ourselves in our mind. Removing how others see you by doing, saying and acting like a totally different person is how you break out of that prison. My favorite is when I hear a woman define 'what a man is,' or 'a real man...' Women don't have the slightest clue what a man is, because they can't fundamentally understand the burden we bear. Edit: even single mothers that have to provide for their children have the support of the state. Even in this case where they seemingly have to "do it all themselves," they get substantial monetary support from big daddy gov't.

Theoretically, yes you should be able to do IF if you want to put on muscle. It really is just a strategy that 'coaxes' your body into burning fat while being able to eat 1 or 2 man sized meals.
