One thing I've come to realize, is that sometimes it's more beneficial to keep those around you that treat you the best and really want to be there. I'm not saying ignore your dick/gut and keep seeing this girl steadily, i'm just saying, maybe don't totally boot her out; she could prove useful, you never know.

Tell her how that you don't think you're in a place to be with ANYONE right now and how you need to spend some time with yourself . You have to do it somewhere neutral though or at he place and then make it a short meeting or whatever .
