Maybe you're right and maybe you're wrong. But since you're discussing your parents you're probably a teenager and you have little long term life perspective.

Immigrants are almost always the most hardworking, best people I have met compared to the spoiled brats who grow up here, myself and yourself included.

Your problem is that you're looking for someone else to take care of you. It was your parents job to do that before you could think and act independently - it's now yours and yours alone, as soon as you defer it to someone else you have already failed. Start fresh, understand that you know nothing, and make your own way forward.

You get through life despite stupid parents.

Smarten up via school or college or online, gym up, job up,asap. save up, move up and out. It is an incredible amount of work, but it's worth it, cause it's about you.

You trust the only person you can trust in your most dire times... Yourself.

They provided you with shelter and food and protected you from being kidnapped and raped by some guy in a van... Dont be an ungrateful brat.

Go take anything you urself has earned in your life and leave the front door of THEIR home and go live life with none of the "value" they provide you with.
