There is no perfect relation between a womens n count and her suitability as an LTR. It just gives you a ball park figure.

Say Cindy has an N count of 5. All where with long term boyfriends and had a grace period of 3 months in between.

Mandy also has an N count of 5 however she was seeing 3 of those at the same time. 1 of them was at an electronic dance festival and the last one has been her on again off again bf for the last 4 years.

Cindy has trouble picking the right man, Mandy is a mentally disturbed slut.

You've asked two questions. In the title, you ask about N-counts. Each unique dong into a woman is +1. I count this whether she blows him, does PIV, or anal. But it only counts once, no matter how many times they get together.

She was lonely, horny, and you guys weren't in a relationship yet. I'd forget about it as long as she is willing to limit her ongoing contact with her ex to one christmas card a year going forward.

You should look at all the red/green flags in total; not just this incident, that will give you a better picture. You said you wouldn't have plunged in, if you knew beforehand. It sounds like you're emotional compromised and invested. Take that into account.

Revisiting a previous dick results in N+0. That's why girls do it. The post relationship hook-up/bang where she (or you) comes over, and you fuck without any other needless activity is what a friend of mine refers to as "the best part of the relationship".

It would be revisiting exes while she is in a relationship with another dude (esp. YOU) that would be a problem.
