I would not make an effort to change anything at all.....your current behavior is what attracted her to one and LTR. Going soft is going to do the opposite of that.

Don't fall for the blue pill programming it says you need to be sweeter, more attentive, or spend more time with her. In the short term those behaviors will have a positive response.... In the long term dry that pussy up like the Sahara desert.

Maintain high smv and fitness level, make sure you use dread regularly so she knows you have other options. do not get comfortable and do not allow her to get comfortable...

women often feel the attainment of an LTR is an opportunity for them to just relax...i.e get fat. You must be very diligent to not allow even a little weight gain for either of you.
