Realize this... Facebook is just a place women go to get their vag tinglies because people pay attention to their posts they shoot out to the entire world of their pictures of themselves all hammered last weekend.

Use your facebook to run PR for your lifestyle.

If you have a boring life, deleting facebook isn't going to solve that.

So much beta in this post. If you want to keep your Facebook, keep it. If you don't have a reason to keep it, get rid of it.

I only use facebook for family. I would never friend or ask to friend a girl that is interested in me.

If a girl I was interested in would ask me to facebook, I would probably say, "Sorry, I only use it for family and long-distance friends."

It would probably increase your SMV, thinking about it, because it makes it seem like you're not so quick to let anyone in your life and she has to earn something to get on there.

I minimize anything that's public on my Facebook to the nth degree. How important is it? As important as you want it to be. Make it a mystery to them.

Keep it open but keep it professional. Think of Facbook as LinkedIn.

Display your success and hide and/or minimise your failures.
