Greatly varies depending on situation.

Did you get her number in a nightclub? Text her a couple days after meeting her and set it up.

Is she in your school/college/sports team? I'd game her for maybe a few days, then invite her to join you for drinks or something.

Most recent example: I got chatting to a girl in one of my classes, she showed major IOIs from the very beginning. After a little more than a week of gaming her I invited her to my house and fucked her.

Make it obvious that you aren't out here trying to be her friend. Flirt with her, push her buttons, ask her out.
