I prefer the 2/3 rule. 2/3 of whatever she does so if she takes an hour to reply take a 1/3 more to reply

Double the time it took for her to text me*4.2. This strategy works.

In all honesty just whenever I feel like. I disabled notifications so I don't rush to text back or check my texts anymore.

I text the next day to set up a date, then I don’t text anymore. I have a girl now who questioned me about why I won’t text with her (we have a date soon) and I told her texting is retarded and I’m busy, and she can ask me all these questions in person.

Whenever the fuck you want. I text just my name a few minutes after I leave the area. Sometimes I get busy and forget to do it until much later in the day. If you had a good interaction she'll be stoked to hear from you either way.

Not thinking too much about it will naturally create variation and avoid a pattern. - Sometimes you take 5mins, 5 hours or 2 days to reply.

To directly answer your question, I would give it about 2 days to send the first text.
