My personal policy:

If she offers to reschedule in the same communication that she flakes out on you in then she gets the benefit of the doubt once (shit happens) . That being said, reschedule on your own terms, not whatever she offers.

No effort from her to reschedule, next.

I say 1 strike and next. I've been with some damn near constantly booked girls. That doesn't mean I cut them any slack though. If she doesn't come up with the idea of the next date or whatever, next. You can soft next her until then, that's what I'd do.

You need to realize that it's not something to take personal, and in fact is a great device to use as an auto filter. If she doesn't text or call back, then you don't even need to think about weighing the pros and cons about continuing things.

She calls back, She texts back and shows interest, then it's great.

If she texts back a month later with the silly "hi" type texts, that's just a weak individual who is putting the burden onto you for re-creating the spark.

Don't settle for people who play the jump-through-hoops game. What you're willing to compromise on your end is a reflection of your own value.

Much like how dirty people tend to tidy up when their friends come over. It shows that they value the time and space of others more than they value their own time/space.

Sure, it sounds extreme, but look at the people who have what's considered major success in their own lives. They tend to be people with clean homes who are surrounded by individuals who are contributing without the whole game-like feel.

Just my take on it man. You need to be too busy working on your own ventures in life to put time into thinking of nexting her. If you're doing it right, you will accidentally next people because of how driven you are for your own path. Don't be a complete dick and play the hard-to-get game. Be hard to get because you're spending time with lots of great people.
