I guess I'm a fairly introspective person. I find myself constantly evaluating questions like "Am I a good person?", "Do I add value to the lives of people I care about?", "Would I want to be associated with me, were I someone else?", "Am I more often benefiting from my relationships than benefiting those that I'm close with?" and "do the people I associate with examine relationships as much as I do?"

Obviously, I think it's important to evaluate these things. I think you should be conscious of the effect you have on those around you. I wouldn't say I second guess myself, so much as I constantly think about and verify my value to those around me.

I'm curious what you in the community think... do you do this yourselves? Or am I being paranoid/overly analytical?
