I went to my 5 year high school reunion last week and found out that two of my classmates (J and K) who started dating just before graduation are still dating. Both have gained a bit of weight and K is not nearly as atrractive as she was 5 years ago, but it's not my life so I could care less what they do.

I feel bad for J though, since he allowed himself to be openly cucked. K's sister (R) is also part of our graduating class and her boyfriend (Y) was openly flirting and kinoing with K and even sat on her lap when J was sitting right beside them!

J just sat there without doing anything and didn't seem to outwardly care.

Would J saying something to Y about keeping his hands off K be considered "losing frame"? Because it was pretty clear from the way they acted that Y was establishing his dominance while J was a submissive beta.

It wouldn't sit well with me if someone did that to a girl I was with, so how can I handle a situation like this if it happens to me?
