Here's what I did that made so incredibly more social and I overcame my social anxiety to the point where I am not afraid to talk to HB9's out of the blue: I started to work as a street salesman. Speaking to everyone, getting rejected to have a conversation a hundred times, eventually getting hundreds of conversations, learning what words influence your sales and what not, body language mastery, independence of outcome and esp. becoming really used to talking to incredibly hot girls. I always like to talk to those girls since it helps me get desensitized to their beauty. Too bad I always forget to ask their number when they show IOI's (too busy with trying to sell stuff haha)

So find yourself a job there, if you get fired for your social anxiety, just go to another street salesman company as there are many. Leech whatever xp you can get until you're finally mastering it. Took me 3 months of working with only one day a week of work to get to this social level.

Approach a lot, and often. Also get comfortable with silence. Guy in video got nervous at silence and would regurgitate 2-3 quick statements to break it. You're a cool dude who can withstand silence without a flinch, while she's over there wetting her panties.
