Lived my whole life as a BP people pleaser before being put onto RP thinking in the past year or so and things finally clicking. I’m not socially awkward, or unconfident necessarily, but sometimes in my group of friends I end up being the brunt of jokes (“take another shot”, “take another bong rip”, “you won’t”, “no balls”, that sort of guy shit).

Always having been the “funny guy”, and being smaller and not so physically intimidating, I’ve always found myself to be an easier target in situations like this.

Wondering if anyone has any advice to command more respect. It’s sort of like a damned if you do, damned if you don’t situation, because if I were to flip out and leave I’d look like a bitch, and succumbing to peer pressure isn’t a very alpha trait either.

Any advice is appreciated.
