I keep getting to be the but of every joke in my groups, had it happen before to the point where everyone called me snowflake and made fun of my every mistake.

I am now in full time work and I'm once again getting ridiculed by my colleagues, to some extent its just banter but I'm the only one who gets laughed at by the whole group simultaneously. Worst bit is that an apprentice who's 2 years younger ends up being the one to start it.

I keep getting butt hurt which only encourages further ridicule, any advice?
