My friends went to a bar, wasn't packed as it usually is because of a concert playing that night. I get there an hour later and meet up with them. One guy in particular was hanging around them as he knew one friend in our group.
My close friend and I were outside, my friend smokes and the guy came out there too. He doesn't know my friend as well but talks to him a bit, ignores me and then holds up his lighter up to my face gesturing that I had a cigarette but there was no reason to because I didn't have one. I declined him.
Fast foward inside, he's in our group again so I reached out my hand to introduce myself, it took awhile for the guy to do the same and I told him my name, he didn't say his name and muttered some shit that I couldn't understand and I said Oh ok. Afterwards, we all took a shot together and I see someone I know a few feet away, next thing I know I got hit with a random peanut, I turned around and I know it was clearly that guy. I get hit with another and ignore it. He threw another and it struck the guy I was talking to, he got a little mad about it but I told him "the guy is drunk so don't mind him".
I'm outside with my friend again and were talking to random people forming a group, this guy walks outside and awkward approaches me from the side. He was a little close and I know he was probably doing it to get a reaction out of me. I asked him "are you ok" and he said "yeah" and awkwardly stares at me, I look away and continue doing what I was doing.
I noticed he would be talking normally to everyone else across the floor but when it came to me, it kept doing awkward shit. How would I handle this next time this happens or if I see this dude again?
