The key is you want to create scarcity.
When you are with her or in exchanges, to be fun, flirty and engaged. But be upfront that you have a life and will be busy with other things.

She's asking what's the deal because she has genuine interest in you. Otherwise, she wouldn't care. Keep being that guy she's genuinely interested in.
And by being around less, you show her you're in demand and have things going on (DHV) and you allow her to magnify her feelings for you.
