Self explanatory. I have no issue opening women, and holding a fun and interesting conversation. Teasing is easy, and I escalate relatively effectively with light touching. IOIs are there.

But when it comes time to actually seal the deal, one of three things typically happens:

  1. Logistics suck and there's nowhere to go (I still live at home until I finish school)

  2. Heavy LMR, typically I try to treat this as a shit test but sometimes it's firm enough that I don't want to come across as a creep

  3. Conversation drops off, her friends come by and prevent physical escalation, she dries up and leaves.

I'm frustrated to the point that I don't even bother trying unless she literally invites me to go. If signs are so strong, and I'm doing a good job developing the interaction, what the hell am I doing wrong?
