Well i presume that you are asking this question as a preventative measure for a false rape charge. Heres what you can do. Before you escalate start audio recording and then go for it. And while you are making out and all make it seem obvious that the sex that you two are having is reciprocal. Do that through moans and like asking her if she likes it through dirty talking and if she responds with anything in the lines of oh yeah fuck me etc you are in the clear. But if at any point she freaks out or anything back off but keep recording. Do not stop recording until she leaves the place whether you keep fucking or she freakes out. Save it and keep it. And dont forget the "had a great time" text the next day. I believe this method was used in sweden when a chick got fucked in a nightclub and she felt guilty and tried to frame the guy but he was cleared because in the recording she was clearly using phrases to excite him to fuck her harder. And obviously make sure to keep your phone close by to pick up whats going on.
