You’re taking everything the wrong way. You’ve taken in information and were able to verify. However, you are unable to accept it. Maybe you liked a girl and as she slipped away you saw it all coming. And got angry.

We need to understand anger as a secondary emotion. Secondary emotions are very feminine. Anger stems from either fear or sadness. When we feel angry we must determine where it stems to best deal with it. The goal being to never express anger.

Think like this, if you are angry now - what has scared you or made you sad? We MUST understand fear. Fear is only in our heads. You cannot see fear, it is not real. Danger is real, and fear stems from danger, but we must prepare for danger. When we accept fear is bullshit, we can prepare. When we are prepared, we cannot feel fear. If we become fearful then we know we must better prepare.

When you have these feelings you are unreasonable and that’s why you don’t know how to deal with it.

You need to take what you’ve learned and now learn how to put it into practice.

I LOVE feminine women. Embrace it. If you are not looking for an LTR and understand how women will always be, don’t become attached. Becoming attached is the only thing that leads to hurt. Unless you’re insecure, then you’ll get hurt all the time.

You know what to do, brother. You know how you should be. Sounds like you need to focus on yourself for a bit and not these bitches.

So perhaps dive deeper down the rabbit hole (assuming you haven't already), and realize we're dealing with evolved survival mechanisms here. If women could choose what turns them on, we'd all be chewing blue pills right now. It's not like they want things to be unnecessarily complicated for themselves either.

Also, if you hate the way the game works, it's probably because you aren't as successful at it as you could potentially be, and be comfortable with (again, assuming). You know you have more in the locker if you just put down the work. So it's essentially a form of self hatred that you're deflecting away. We've all got stuff we can improve on - so either do it, or let it go.
