I am making big changes in my life. I'm 30 and finally moving out of my parents place. I'm going back to school to get a better job.

However, I feel most people seem more confident around my age. They have better jobs. They have a lot more experience dating. Some of this is catch22 - its hard to get a better job because I'm not that confident.

What are great ways to be more confident?
