Machiavellianism is the easiest one to start with and arguably the most important.

Read "The Prince", "48 laws of power" and"The art of war". From there start reading biographies of successful people and you will find all the elements of those previous books applied.

Narcissism is a form of self-love. It's believing without a doubt; you're god's gift to this world and all those around you are there to witness the greatness that is you.

You can develop narcissism and it will be beneficial, as long as you, your ego doesn't cloud your judgement.

It's impossible to become a psychopath since it involves having absolutely no empathy. A high functioning sociopath is the next best thing. Developing the other two will in turn help you develop the third.

As for learning it? Read about traits and pretend you are, if you get results, stick with it, but I highly don't recommend it, it is a personality disorder after all.
