I'm about to enter one myself. All I can think of is to "never be afraid to lose her." Seems like the only available substitute for abundance mentality. Naturally this makes me somewhat underinvested in comparison, to the detriment of me actually enjoying the LTR.

This is basic stuff. NEVER. STOP. IMPROVING. YOURSELF.

You are still your #1 priority, your LTR can be your second if she is that great, but read No More Mr. Nice Guy, it states that you always come first if you want to have your needs met. Which means you still lift, you still find time for your hobbies and friends. And you do not let your relationship consume you, your drive or your goals. It is only there to support those things.

ALWAYS assume it is short term. Always KNOW that it's not the last pussy you'll be fucking. Because let's face it, yours isn't the last dick she'll be fucking. Once you internalize that, you will be able to enjoy your time with her much more. Because, it's just your turn.
