I'm not sure I understand your question but the poster asked their question because they aren't sure how to apply their sexual strategy. Given his situation with his gf wearing revealing clothing. I.e. The fact that she's going out without him and wearing revealing clothing hints she's looking for attention from other men, raising the question of whether his sexual strategy needs to change to deal with this situation.

TRP is about sexual strategy in general whether that's spinning plates or going for LTRs. There is plenty of info here that is applicable to LTR game

You're insecure, most likely.

Regardless of why they do it - why should it bother/affect you?

You will get a lot of shit here for posting that. You need to seriously reevaluate what sounds like an incredibly toxic relationship

Something like the first one is ok but try better lighting and a more masculine pose

Ah that's a bit more specific, thanks. If you want her to be doing more of those things for you then I would simply recommend dread. Subtle dread at first, and then if things don't improve, bump it up until you get a result. Search the 12 levels of dread. Another option would be to simply tell her to do those things. I.e. If you want a bj then just ask for one without sounding too needy. You're just a dude who wants his dick sucked. Reward her when she performs well to condition her to provide t…

Wanting more from her is an extreme beta quality and will be regarded as very unattractive. Learn to be content with yourself and don't rely on your LTR for happiness. Best course of action from here would be to improve yourself, become higher value and speak to more people, flirt with more girls.

First off, don't invest too much emotion into this girl. That text she sent you has "shit test" written all over it. Look up shit tests and how to deal with them. Also if she offered to show you tits and make out for the passcode, you should have called her bluff. If she was kidding, just smirk or disregard and continue as normal. If not, you got tits and make out. Sounds like you have some TRP theory reading to do as well, good luck

I was planning on that, but unsure of what to say if she questions why I didn't reply

She text me first, I replied after about 40 mins then she took 3 further hours to reply when she's at her phone all the time. What course of action would you recommend?

It sounds like you are insecure and get severe one-itis easily. The idea of chicks only wanting you and only you is a fantasy that you shouldn't entertain unless you have a extreme top-tier body, are of great importance, have extremely tight social and sexual game and have developed frame of steel. You need to get over that idea and internalise that women don't belong to anyone. They'll do what they want with little regards to what you want. Be aware of this and be proactive about it and do your…

Well you have the right idea in mind - just do what you wanna do. Always be achieving your goals and improving every day. Never go back to your beta ways, and never take your ex back, just plate if possible after you move out. Take up a new hobby or learn a language, read some hard books. Since this is quite a generic question, there's not much we can tell you apart from to live for yourself and be someone who people gravitate towards.

You say you are able to get dances so let's take it from there: Gauge how she's dancing with you - if she seems closed off, facing away, looks bored or shit, just disengage and move onto the next one. However, if she's smiling and giving positive vibes, semi-frequently make eye contact - that is key. Always keep a cool smile. Dance in close to her and make your movements more fluid - at this point it is very easy to tell what she's thinking, if she's into it or not. She might put her hands on yo…

When it comes to a pre-existing LTR, how important are aesthetics, i.e. gains/muscles, on the man's part, to maintain most girls' attraction?

I relate to this. Used to get anxiety really bad when in a club environment. Why do you fear abandonment though? I never really felt bad the day after as such. Just during the night. Work on yourself and improve your SMV endlessly and clubbing becomes a much more enjoyable experience. Love yourself.

Have you read it? How did it help you? I've been thinking of reading it for a while now, I should just do it.

Might be a bit of a rash decision but for long term it's probably the best solution. Not being able to see the bigger picture is my problem right now. I think that's a beta characteristic

I can get down with that. My issue is that it feels shit to even think about those things and I understand I need to get over that. I'm just not sure how.

Paranoid mental patterns about her, her being on my mind too much, feeling a need to please her (I hate it), feeling unable to cope without her and feeling like I've been stabbed when I think of her with other guys. It's really shit.

Any advice from yourself? I've been in a fair few LTRs, might not be grasping something.
/r/askTRP22/02/16 09:53 AM

I enjoy my LTRs much more when I'm not too invested and I'm sure this is the same for most men. Try not to become attached too fast. Or at all for that matter, would be my advice
/r/askTRP22/02/16 09:52 AM

It doesn't really matter as long as you don't come off as clingy. Don't give her everything on a silver platter though.

Redpill endgame for some people is to become a person that will never be rejected, because they are such a high value person. But a person who has redpill mastery would never put themselves in situations where rejection is a distinct possibility. Rejection does hurt but it's up to you to rationalise why you were rejected and to improve for next time. Learning to not be fazed by rejection is very important if you want to grow as a person

The only way people learn to use negs and other conversation techniques is 20% knowing the theory behind it and 80% PRACTICE. Personally I don't compliment at all unless they have legitimately impressed me, or if they're all over me anyways and a compliment would only increase attraction. Overly complimenting however is an extreme beta characteristic and should be avoided
/r/askTRP26/01/16 11:50 AM
1

Well, a neg serves as a tool to try to make a girl quality herself to you. If successful it will raise her attraction to you and give you more dominance in your interactions with her. Just continue as normal afterwards. Raise your SMV and you won't need to neg much.
/r/askTRP26/01/16 11:30 AM

Just plate her and invest nearly nothing at this point. If she's materialistic then she will try to make you into a big old beta and bleed you dry. Don't let her too close and it won't happen.

I'm not really sure what you're asking, not no I wouldn't think it's a bad situation, as long as you remain humble and only help others when it wouldn't be detrimental to your own studies or waste your time

The need does fade when you increase your own value, yes.
/r/askTRP18/01/16 10:52 PM

Exactly this. I had this problem before and started practicing light dread, and things are exactly the way I like them now. Also, never forget about your own life while in an LTR and never rely on your LTR for happiness.

I think it's perfectly natural to mourn your parents after their passing. Being alpha does not mean that you can't show emotion. Just carry on as usual but do not use family deaths as tools to get attention or affection from others. I've witnessed that in other people before and it's very disappointing.
/r/askTRP18/01/16 01:23 PM

Replying would give her a sense of control, I.e she is able to control your behaviour with sex. Not replying shows you're free from any control she thinks she has. Replying in a non-thirsty way would also have been fine IMO
/r/TheRedPill18/01/16 01:18 PM

This. If you manage to condition yourself to not need her affection, you are more likely to receive it.

Could you direct me to the 5 stages of trp? Was looking for it earlier and couldn't find it. Would be interesting to see what stage I am. Thanks for the insight, you make good points - In my current state I feel more secure with a girlfriend but I understand that needs to change if I want to be truly free from emotional BS.

You think there's no merit to having an LTR?
/r/askTRP17/01/16 08:24 PM

Yeah I wondered about this, cheers man. Think I focused too much on setting a boundary and forgot about not giving her anything emotionally.

The first week or so of a new environment can be a bit harrowing but you'll adjust, just give it time. Also don't doubt yourself, you can do it - Just don't fuck around and always be brutally honest with yourself about what needs done.

Met a couple, they tend to be quite materialistic and are very much on a pedestal

First and foremost, you should be improving yourself, FOR yourself. Improvement for the sake of others will most likely lead to frustration at some point down the road. But I get what you mean, everyone likes to feel nice and validation is a way of getting nice feels. When you learn to truly appreciate YOURSELF and enjoy bettering yourself as a personal interest, the validation from others will come in much greater quantities than if you are doing these things for others.

Are there any practical reasons you're doubting this trip? Also what is the trip for?
/r/askTRP17/01/16 01:03 AM

Completely depends on the context IMO

Don't masturbate for 24 hrs at least before this encounter and go into it with the right attitude. You're going to fuck their brains out and have them craving you. Long term solution: Lift regularly, eat and sleep well and maintain a healthy attitude towards love, sex and life in general.

Ultimately I want to change the world for the better in some way. It's quite a heavy goal and it'll take a lot of work. On the chance that I manage to do this, the work required will have made my life meaningful and I'll have achieved my dream.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
