I have been doing NoFap because I have had an issue with PMO for years that has negatively impacted my life. After about a year of healing (with some relapses), I have noticed that whenever I am out in public, I get erections extremely easily.

It only happens whenever I am around women. Fortunately, I don't get them around obese landwhales or 50+ women. But as long as she's not obese, has ghetto tattoos, or is supremely hideous, I get aroused just by being within 10 feet of her. Even just now I was at the store to pick up some brown rice and the cashier was this ~mid forties lady with a decent face and pretty eyes and I still got aroused.

The only time this stops is for about 2-3 days after a PMO relapse, but I sure as Hell don't want to go down that path again. Any way to control these?
