Why do you feel that it's embarrassing? Don't think too much about it. First time sex with a new partner always has awkwardness to it, it really doesn't matter if you're a virgin or not. If you desperately want to read something on the subject, the Sex God Method by Daniel Rose is the best I can recommend. Furthermore, check out Vince DiCarlo's escalation ladder, as it can give some practical pointers, maybe help you prepare for that first time.
