self-doubt is a hard one to tackle. r/seduction has tried by talking about inner game, or hypnosis, self-talk, repetition.

mgtow talks a lot about going on your own way and doing your own thing/passion.

red pill talks about following your passions, with a side impact of people being attracted to your energy and enthusiasm for life.

So if you're entering into this self doubt mode, we could give you the advice of saying 'imagine her taking a dump' to bring down her SMV to a more manageable 6/10 (instead of this hyped up 8.5). That's a seduction approach.

Saying 'women are pointless people to use as jizz holes, and go after climbing a mountains/your dreams' would be a MGTOW way to handle (that's putting it kinda bad, being sarcastic here)

TRP approach is to reframe the whole situation and ask yourself what do you really want. Because right now it seems to be this particular goal. In a larger picture, I'm guessing it would be other activities/goals/dreams. Keep those larger dreams in mind, and realize she's just a blip on the radar. A nice blip, a fun blip, but only a little bump on your path towards your higher goals.
