This girl I work with (part time job so shit where you eat doesn't apply) has been giving me some IOI's lately and I've been wondering what to do in this situation.

For starters I was a complete beta when I first met her. She rarely gave me the time of day. Then she went off to college and ironically I found TRP and have been increasing myself since. (lifting, wardrobe, game, etc.) this was over the winter.

She came home a few weeks ago and has been giving me some IOI's lately. She'd go out of her way to talk to me, she started asking me personal questions and there was one day where I was in the break room alone and she came in and sat down right next to me at a big empty table.

I got her number and she told me to text her. I forgot to honestly bc abundance mentality. So I see her yesterday and she goes "I've been waiting for you to text me." Simply tell her I will and she responds with a smile on her face and says ok. Didn't think much of it because pay attention to what she does and not says. So that night I text her and we have a brief conversation and that was that. Been two days and I haven't texted her or seen her since.

I want to turn her into a potential plate which is why I'm trying to proceed this with caution a bit. She's going to be a scientist and is very intelligent, same culture, no family issues as far as I know, blonde, big ass, similar interests and we have the same weird sense of humor. I'm just going to assume that her N count is something in the teens or 20's because there's no way a girl this good looking and smart is a virgin especially while away at college.

Note: I've swallowed the pill months ago but have yet to be full RP which is why I'm here asking for some advice. There's other 6's and 7's I'm gaming but she stands out. I'm trying to avoid oneitis here.

Straight up ask her out or try to game her a bit and she how she reacts? If it matters she was very responsive to my texts and I've passed a few of her shit tests.
