Since I became exclusive with my LTR, she is getting urinary tract infections much more regularly. She is already taking the usual precautions, such as drinking a lot of tea, keeping herself warm, washing after sex etc. Still, she contracts it quite often, nearly every 3 times we have sex.

This is depressing because having sex while her having it makes it worse and could lead to Pyelonephritis, which is a really serious issue. So sometimes no sex for 3-4 days, not an option for a 20yo on the peak of his sexual drive.

My questions:

Have you already had a similar situation? What did you do that helped? Do you know about conditions the man could have that are detrimental to her vaginal health? (Not talking about STDs, I don't have any and a UTI is NOT a STD.)
