Maintaining a LTR is keeping a balance between dread and comfort. In any case, you need to avoid complacency at all costs, or you will experience the light switch effect.

Dread is actively maintaining your sexual attractiveness by constant improvement, and at least gaming other women, which is much harder than just maintaining sexual relationships with multiple women, but I guess you fell into the exclusivity trap. Look up 12 steps of dread in MRP sub.

Obviously, you balance that dread with some comfort, as you need to have some degree of emotional investment to maintain this relationship over time.

It's good that you can see it, but don't over think it too much. I feel what I want including jealousy, being butt hurt over it, and lashing out.

It's easier for me to be genuine and express what I feel and then adjust accordingly after the fact. It's my behavior over time I use to judge my progress in the relationship.

If I find myself being too needy, I back off and try to concentrate on myself more, which I know I'm not doing if I'm consistently being a bitch.

If you're high value enough you can make so many mistakes and it'll only change the quality of your relationship by degrees over time. Expect failure, and walk early if you are able. That will bring your value up in her mind and yours. I'll do this when I know I've fucked up and want that good pussy back, but it's just a band aid for my low value behavior.

Always be improving, high SMV, gives you more time. Be able to chose yourself over a failing relationship, and know when it's best to walk. If I'm learning and improving my game, I'll stay longer.
