diet
exercise

It all comes down to this: fitness , financial and mental.

Fitness: Exercise , Eat healthy , drink lots of water and have a good sleep.

Financial: Get your finances on check , save money , have an emergency fund , invest money , raise you'r credit score .

Mental: Be productive - read books , listen to podcasts , learn new things , try new things , some say no fap but I think it's okay once a week just to not be hungry as fuck ( not everyday and not to porn) , meditate , go for a walk in the nature breathe some fresh air and etc. Find you'r passion and then make a buisness out of it - be busy! You'll start having abundance mindset and you'll become interesting .

It sounds alot but start doing things step by step , and it will just roll , you don't have to know everything from the start .
