It's a reflection of your insecurity of needing to be validated in getting a girl or not being alone.

You have to work on your life first. When you have your life altogether, you won't feel this feeling. Women are just hobbies. They are not your priority in life. Your priority in life is to be the best man you can be while pursuing your life's mission.

Take Batman for example (I know he is a fictional character so bear with me). He never made women his goal in life. He made his mission to defend Gotham and uphold law, order and justice. It's something like that.

it means you probably haven't tried to get enough girls honestly. The less experienced I was with women the more each one mattered until I reached a point where I had pursued many women , attracted a few , lost the interest of a ton and kind of accepted that romance / dating / sex is a game and sometimes you win big ... other times you go home empty handed .

It also may stem from a lack of self worth , if you associate your value with whether or not you attract a woman then you're setting yourself up for depression . You have to learn how to like / love yourself whether you have a woman or not .

once you can adopt that mindset interacting with women becomes easy .

Get over the pain by talking to another girl. Then another girl. So on and so on.

Keep getting rejected, keep getting knocked down. You will either improve or it will make you immune to the pain. Man up and get back out there.
