Met a girl on tinder a while back. We live in different cities so only saw each other intermittedly. Slept together once and then she started dating someone. We didn't really talk and then once they broke up we met up and slept together again and had great sex (about 9 months after our first time).

That was about 2-3 months ago. I've been busy and then was overseas for a month so we didn't really talk.

Hit her up today about catching up, suggested we go out tomorrow night. She said "Should be good :) I'm seeing someone, so as mates"

So my question, 1) was that a decent reponse?

and 2) would you even bother taking her out?
