Why do you care? You planning on marrying this woman or something? There were guys before you, and when you break up, there will be guys after you. If she had 8, 24, 39 guys before you showed up, what makes you think you are the last one?
Once that fully sinks in, you will realize that the point of dating her now is to have sex with her now, not obsess over what happened X months ago, before you knew her, or what will happen y months from now, when you are no longer with her.
To maximize the fun you have, always create a light, friendly environment about sex and her history. If she starts talking about it, encourage her to tell you more with positive vibes, and be enthusiastic about her stories. You will then find out how far she will go for you, and that is pretty useful information, isn't it? For both of you.

If I were you I'd next her or demote her to FWB/plate.

Personally, if she feels she can message this guy back, you've probably not set the boundaries properly.
Another problem is what do you guys do/say when someone she fucked before messages her like a year later?
Don't get butt-hurt or defensive or assertive. Laugh it off or otherwise ignore so she knows you don't feat this guy as "competition". Apply dread. Improve yourself.
Note: If she wants to swing branch, she'll do so anyway with or without you knowing. Just focus on yourself and the right boundaries for the relationship. From there, what will be will be...

If you hold out for a girl who doesn't hamster down her N-count, you'll be waiting a very long time.
I've had fem-bros (women I'm not interested in fucking) explain to me why oral, drunk, vacation, and out-of-town sex doesn't count. And they really believe it.
