Depending on her status and if she is right or wrong.

If she isn't too fat or just a plate/ONS, I'll agree and amplify.

If she could loose some weight and is my LTR, I'd tell her something along "If you don't like your weight, then there are ways to change it. Do you want help with it?"

If she agrees I'd tell her beforehand that I will only do it if she is willing to submit to everything I tell her to do without discussion and that she has to meticulously follow my instructions.

I'd then set up a diet plan together with her to make sure that she is able to follow it combined with taking her to the gym three times a week and teach her lifting.

she isn't fat because if she was you wouldn't be with her
she is not going to get fat because you sarcastically say you like fat girls
the most important thing is to not give out validation every time she says something like this
