TL;DR - what's the best way to cope in a female-dominated workplace that I'm also doing a years of training in?

Swallowed the Red Pill about 6 months ago, so will still have blue pill thinking. I'm 4 months into a job where I'm only one of 2 guys in a team of 15. I'm really struggling to cope in this workplace but I need to stay for at least a full year because I'm training up to become a pathologist. So far I have learnt that: professionalism goes out of the window when women are involved (except when it's useful to them); women are bitchy with each other but if you screw up with one person then the whole team will be hostile towards you; women's work ethic/performance is parallel to their moods and not the job itself; women really don't like to be held accountable.

In regards to training, I was supposed to have a mentor who had 20 years' experience but now she's left. That means I'm now adapting to everybody's method of practice and learning as much as I can from each of them to become a good pathologist. Because I'm learning from everybody, I ask each person how they carry out certain tasks so I can identify a common theme in their methodology. But they all take it the wrong way. They feel that I'm doubting their competency and they're being compared to others. What's worse is that they'll hold others accountable but hate being asked to explain their way of thinking to me.

I'm a trainee. Objectively speaking, I just wanna learn to my job as best as I can and progress in my field. But these lot aren't helping.

I will admit I've messed up a lot in the last two months. I'm in a IDGAF phase but I still care about my job. IDGAF about their feelings.

What advice can you give? I don't wanna leave because it took me over 2 years to finally get this job.
