Hey guys,
I'm a 19 year old guy from Germany. Never had a girlfriend or sex. I'm enrolled at a university but I never go there because I don't like it.
My week consists of going to the gym, cooking, watching videos and reading. Being a social fuck up.

I need a change. I have savings ~5k€. I never had the intention to go to university because I wanted to work and travel in New Zealand first but then my mother was diagnosed with cancer while I was having my finals. The cancer was pretty bad and had already spread so I had to change my plans since she is a widow without friends , my sister living 30km away and her boyfriend being only available on the weekends.

She is still having chemotherapy but the doctors were pretty amazed how it is going. The metastases are gone and the tumor got a lot smaller and is still getting smaller.

Since I want to work and travel before I start something new, I really want to go soon but I feel response to take care of her. The doctors said they want to keep doing chemotherapy until the cancer stops shrinking but they don't know how long that gonna be. Being kinda angry because she is not having her shit together, smoking eating shit and so on.

What should I do?
