Long time reader, first time poster. I am currently introducing some teenagers in my church to RP philosophy (most of which I believe aligns with evangelical captain/1st mate approach). Following Power Law #3, I seek to slide it in with different terminology, so that if they or their parents run across RP somewhere, they're not freaked out, since it probably won't be something positive they'll run into.

To that end, I am looking for some euphemisms for common RP philosophies I want to teach; namely:

  • Abundance Mentality
  • Outcome Independence
  • AFC
  • Dread / Dread Game
  • Frame
  • Hamster / Hamster Wheel
  • "Nice Guy"
  • Oneitis
  • Sexual Market Value
  • Shit Test
  • White Knight
