I need to know what everyone does when they start TRP

Monk mode for at least three months, possibly six. Work on three things:

Your body. Lift, work on diet, and sleep at least 7 hours and 45 minutes per night. Never less than 7.5 hours.
Your mind. Meditate and find at least two hobbies where you build or create something. Play an instrument, build a model, paint, draw, write, make something that you leave behind.
Your power. Develop an action plan for how you're going to double your income in the next five years.

At the end of your monk mode, then consider working on game. Don't do it too early or it'll fuck with your confidence. You'll know when you're ready.

Well yes and no.

You should read the material, put it into practice, read it again, put it into practice again etc etc

All this material and the many books recommended serve as living documents that you should constantly refer to in conjunction with your real life trial and error.

Lift, read, approach (everyone not just women), find your mission and work towards it.

See it as a game, level up all your stats. Your body, you social skills, your social circle, your mission, your knowledge

No! to put it simply, put the things you read into practice straight away and observe the things it teaches.

You can do all the reading in the world but when it comes down to it nothing replaces actually doing it.

A lot of people talk a good game.
