I just wrote a long post on the last few years of a fkd up relationship I was in and was going to ask how better to deal with the feeling I should contact her. But guess who just emailed me? I answered and it turned into a long back and forth and ended with me getting pissed and calling her names. I need a punch in the head. /rant
