Everyone is programmed to fuck everyone they find attractive, even you. It's up to each individual to have some willpower not to cheat. No one is forcing your girlfriend. Some women never cheat some always cheat.

It' up to you to keep raising your SMV as high as possible to make you the most attractive mate she can get. Women tend to be attracted to the most attractive alpha in a room. Look up a thread called "hypergamy 102."

There is no official TRP position on cheating.

Personally, I believe cheating is perpetrated by the cowardly and weak.

Strict monogamy isn't natural. That is why it's so difficult to ensure. The only thing that you can do to improve your chances is to optimize your SMV and keep your game and frame tight. Read Hypergamy 102 for a more extensive explanation.

Essentially the TRP general consensus is that both partners in a relationship who want to be monogamous should make themselves as attractive on as many levels as possible to their partner, and have enough willpower to be able to avoid the CC or the sea of whores. TRP tends to focus on the unavoidable whore nature of humanity (both sexes!), in particular the female half of humanity. That's just a product of our modern feminist culture and TRP's attempts to bring some sanity and realism to our society in that regard.

In the end, a relationship is still a partnership. You have to work together and help each other grow your SMVs to the points where you only have eyes for each other because nobody else comes close...and if somebody does, you have a firm foundation and understanding so neither of you will stray even if tempted. This sub encourages fucking around, but if you're done with that stage of your life and ready to settle down, I'd suggest poking around r/marriedredpill, ask for advice from successful LTR couples who follow RP philosophy, and don't find your significant other in a bar or on Tinder for fuck's sake.

It goes deeper than right and wrong.

TRP tries to focus on the nature of the beast, and coming to terms with it. This is why it's repeated that LTR's are TRP of the highest difficulty.

While it's in their nature to ride the CC, not all of them do. These are the ones you consider an LTR with if you wish. Once you've decided that, it's about understanding that she WILL either leave you or cheat on you if you let that SMV drop, so you need to stay on a path of improvement and betterment, while retaining everything you've internalized from TRP.

If you've been cheated on, think back on that girl. Do you blame her? If so - You haven't yet grasped what TRP's view is on this. It's YOUR fault that this happened. Not hers. AWALT.

No one really wants to admit it, but cheating is a part of life.

And by that I mean there is really nothing you can do to 100% avoid being cheated on. No matter how badass you are. It's like everyone here says: our species is not built for monogamy.

I think that's why our culture has fostered such a strong phobia of being cuckolded: deep down we know that we can't avoid it.
