I bumped into this girl I met travelling a year or two ago and hit it off. Due to work commitments and other stuff, I managed to ignore her messages for a month - I guess my heart wasn't in it because in my country, there wasn't much to do and I didn't want to put people at risk.

Stuff's a bit better now so I dropped her a message but she's gone from 100 to 0 and just blew me off.

I understand the principle of outcome independence but now is not a time where meeting people is particularly easy. Is it worth remessaging or letting it slide?
