I'm in university right now, and I find that girls my age are way too slutty and unclassy to really be serious with.
What you're seeing in college is the way girls are.
This 16 year old will be just like them in 2 years.
Her parents have substantial ability to fuck with you at this age, even if fucking her is legal. Don't assume they won't claim kidnapping, pressure her to file rape charges, influence the administration at your school, have the police fuck with you, whatever.
This is a bad idea all around.

I'm not going to give you shit for dating someone still in school. I dated a 16 year old when I was 19 and we dated for 6 years. Her parents wanted to wait until she graduated before we got married even though I was already out with a good job. As her graduation date got closer and closer I began to realize that even though we were really good together and I loved her, I wasn't sure I wanted to make a lifelong commitment to her at that time. We decided to take a break and see other people. The break wound up permanent and she got married a few years later and had a couple of kids. She's now a divorced single mom who's past the wall and not looking too terribly hot.
I say all that to tell you that breaking up with her was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. We wound up being not right for each other over the long haul even though we were really good together for those 6 years. Even though we had a great relationship, I still feel that one of the biggest regrets of my entire life was that I went through college with a steady girlfriend. Even if this chick is absolutely perfect, you have no way of knowing who she or you are going to be in just a few years. This is the prime of your life, so try not to be so oneitis on this one chick, and have fun playing the field while you're young.
