Sounds like she has post-ASD. Even if it's not her first time, for her to say that means that she is pretty new to the game (or an outright liar). She feels like a slut and is guilty about her actions.

First try and get evidence about her wanting you to come over and do what you did. Last thing you need is her to flip out and claim non-consent.
Let her cool off. Go radio silent for a few days. As long as you made her feel good the other night she will want to see you again eventually. Increase your demand by lowering supply.
Don't jump to conclusions about the mutual friend. Last thing you need is to be worrying or getting jealous, it shouldn't be in your playbook to feel like that. Challenge yourself to simply be a better option to her than he is.

Second, don't get butthurt. It doesn't matter who she's fucking or not fucking, and saying you'll need to check your schedule isn't a problem. It's part of life.

You could have a great plate there if you don't go mental over her. Get more plates, then you won't be hanging on her for your fun.

Don't get oneitis. Find other plates. You sound like you are getting heavily invested in her and that can reflect on your attitude and what you portray. Who cares if she is fucking other dudes. I do agree that kind of stuff bothered me when I first started out but I have since had 30 + plates this past 2 years and down to 3 girls, one I would care if she fucks other dudes because she is expecting a LTR when I get a year into hanging with her.
