Hey guys, so I've been an electricians apprentice for past 5 months or so and I've been working with a few different foreman. And seems like I'm constantly getting shit from every single one of them.

I knew going into the trade would mean I'd need tough skin, I can handle the insults. They don't really affect me, I usually just A&A I'm there to make money to reach the goals I've set for myself.

However lately I've been working with this one hick that's just racists as fuck in a passive aggressive way. And it's just been eating at me.

About me:

  • I'm Russian
  • I'm still new to the Trade
  • I'm 21 (youngest one there)
  • I don't socialize too much with the retards of the trade. There's certain people I work with that I can have a laugh with and joke around with.
  • for some reason I stumble on my words when I do talk to the retards. Not sure why I'm not really scared of any of them to make me stumble but just the shit some of them say I literally have no response too.
  • I'm not very aggressive verbally.

I try to hold my insults back on them because I keep viewing it as "okay this guy is teaching me a skill that I don't have. I shouldn't say something that might upset him."

I'm also not the best at coming up with smart comebacks quickly. Which I guess makes me an easy target?

Can you RedPill bros throw some knowledge at me? Does it just kinda fade away with time as I get more experience and gain more confidence in what I'm doing?

I mean this one guy is literally picking on me because I never heard the name of the tool he needs me to get because it's my second language.

Is there some books I should read about this and how to deal with this? 48 laws of power perhaps?

Just throw whatever you guys think about this at me. I'm just not sure if I'm doing the right thing by A&Aing it.

I talked to my dad about the situation at work. He told me to just catch the guy when he's by himself somewhere quiet and tell him if he has a problem with me we can solve it right there and then. I have no problem doing that either, I just don't want to lose my job.

Thanks friends.
