Yeah 40lbs.... Naturally... eat protein and calories and itll be all muscle you push it hard at the gym on roids its ridiculous. If your doing dbol you wont keep most of that weight as its water and bloat. Glycogen doesnt really take up that much weight when you gain on a cycle. Tren and NPP alone you can gain 40 pounds in 10 weeks 35 of which if you eat clean and drink water will be muscle. Im about 10-13% 6'4 227 off cycle atm and maintaining that easily.
