Lifting and cutting out sugar boosted my T. I tried the herbal stuff recommended by some amazon shill sites that I won't mention, and it definitely does not work. I measured about the same after 3 months of the herbal BS.

Lifting and cleaning up my diet is the only thing that significantly boosted my T. It's not where it was in my 20's but hell, I'm 43. For my age it's at a pretty good level now.

Here's what I'll tell you. The higher your testosterone the more random errections you are going to get. There is definitely a correlation. If the stupid herbs and powders people love to recommend don't make you randomly errect they're not raising your test.

You can check with your doctor if you eligible for TRP, if your T is low enough nothing really is gonna help you except TRP.

Well, what are your physical stats, height and weight? Do you lift? What is your current diet like? How much do you sleep? How stressful is your life?

Eating clean, sleeping enough, lot of physical activity, no alcohol, no porn, fix, get your micros to optimal levels.

That being said, you will just optimize your levels. Actually upping them to get notable difference necessitates administration of exogenous testosterone.
