Backstory: Both of us are 20 years old. LTR of 2.5 years pulling away and starts hanging out with other guys(beta orbiters)

This one particular guy stays near to her... so they travel to college together (they didn’t travel together for the last 2 years btw, so this has started since the time she’s pulling away)

I’ve been lifting, working on my mission... I’m pretty much top 1% in my uni, so the insecurity doesn’t stem from me sleeping all day in my mom’s basement.

Just that when I’m working, she’s busy hanging out with these other men. She isn’t fucking them(yet) but it still makes me insecure and sometimes I lose the ability to focus on my work.

I know I should just focus on my mission and let her go if she does. Just need to know HOW. Gets distracting at times. I lose sleep too.
