My guess as to what she's doing is basically taking the blame off her shoulders for when you guys do hook up, that's called anti slut defense. You can see it all over tinder when girls put no hookups in their bio then do none other than hook up with you if you meet up with them. It's especially important in this case that the blame not fall on her because she has a boyfriend.
