I was thinking of getting into doing either an improv class or Toastmasters if anyone has any experience doing either?

I noticed the lack of ability in myself to think quickly on my feet and increasing my social awareness. I feel like doing an improv class or Toastmasters would be a great way of doing this. Which class do you think is better doing improv or Toastmasters? and why
